I have sat on both sides of the desk — as a student figuring out credit hours, degree audits and financial aid without a guide, and as a consultant watching capable people stall out on details nobody ever explained to them.

What I learned is that most academic setbacks are not intelligence problems. They are information problems. A student who does not know that twelve credits a semester will not finish a degree in four years is not lazy. A student who misses a scholarship renewal clause is not careless. They were simply never told.

SBH Academic Vault is the answer I wish someone had handed me: one system that follows you from senior year of high school through the completion of a master's degree, with practical tools at every stage instead of vague encouragement.
