The agreement between us
By using this website, purchasing a resource or booking a session, you agree to the terms below.
Educational purpose
SBH Academic Vault is an educational resource platform operated by SBH SBO Consultants LLC. All materials are provided for academic guidance and educational support purposes only. SBH does not complete graded academic work on behalf of students.
Academic integrity
Our resources and sessions teach you how to plan, research, write, organize and manage your academic work. We do not write, complete or submit graded assignments, examinations, papers or capstone projects on a student's behalf. You are responsible for following your institution's academic integrity policies.
Purchases and licensing
Digital resources are licensed to one student for personal academic use. You may print and use them for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share purchased files. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Refunds
Because digital resources are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. If a file is missing, damaged or not what was described, email students@sbhacademicvault.com within 7 days and we will make it right.
Sessions and scheduling
Paid sessions must be paid for before they can be scheduled. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
No guarantees
Admissions decisions, grades, financial aid and employment outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Institutional policies, deadlines and requirements vary — always verify them with your school or the appropriate official source.
