What we collect and why

SBH Academic Vault is operated by SBH SBO Consultants LLC. This notice explains how we handle information collected through this website.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number and the details you include when you contact us, book a session or purchase a resource. Payments are processed by Stripe and scheduling is handled by Calendly; we never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver purchased resources, schedule and conduct sessions, and send information you request. We do not sell your information.

Tools stored in your browser

Free calculators and trackers on this site save your entries in your own browser only. That data is not transmitted to us and is removed when you clear your browser storage.

Service providers

We rely on third-party providers for payments (Stripe), scheduling (Calendly), email and website hosting. Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you by emailing students@sbhacademicvault.com.
